It is built from 25 years of running hotel sales and marketing inside the business. Each pillar addresses a specific layer of direct booking performance, and they only work in this order. Independent hotels, boutique hotels, serviced apartments, aparthotels, pubs with rooms, character stays and small independent chains. Typically 3 and 4 star. UK, Europe and USA . I do not work with large luxury chains or 5-star groups with big in-house marketing teams - not because I could not, but because they are not where I can make the biggest difference. The hotels I love working with have real personality, real ambition and an owner or GM who is genuinely invested in making change.

It depends on what we are fixing. Google Business Profile improvements can show up in local search within weeks. Paid media campaigns rebuilt properly can improve conversion in the first month. SEO is a longer game, typically three to six months before meaningful organic growth is visible, but it compounds in a way paid media does not. That is why my ongoing engagements start at nine months. Some wins come fast. The foundations that support sustained growth take time. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something.

Yes. I have worked across three continents and I am comfortable working with hotel teams anywhere in Europe and the USA. Most of my ongoing retainer work is conducted via video alongside periodic on-site visits.
